Contract & Registration
Tenancy Contract & Ejari Assistance
After the terms are agreed, we assist with preparing and coordinating the tenancy documentation and guide you through the Ejari registration process in accordance with the applicable Dubai Land Department requirements.
Our team helps ensure that the required information and documentation are properly organized so that the transition from agreed offer to registered tenancy is as smooth as possible.
Moving In
DEWA & Move-In Support
Our service does not end when the tenancy contract is signed.
Once the tenancy is registered, we can guide tenants through the next steps required for occupying the property, including DEWA electricity and water activation, building or community move-in procedures, access requirements and other relevant handover formalities.
Where applicable, we also coordinate between the tenant, landlord, property management and building management to help make the move-in process easier and more organized.
